Description
Purpose:
Provide customer service to our drivers and coordinate company/lease driver payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Essential Job Functions:
Enter miscellaneous and standard deductions into driver settlements system.
Enter non-invoice payments into driver settlement system.
Sort and bar code backup for settlements.
Process company driver payroll
Process comdata wire weekly for payroll and accounts payable.
File comcheck receipts.
Scan payroll backup.
Responsible for issuing comdata cards to drivers and related administrative responsibilities related to Comdata.
Evaluate and sort emails daily.
Support lease payroll.
Take phone calls as needed to assist drivers and CSC’s.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Additional Responsibilities:
- Carries out duties assigned by the Driver payroll/Settlements Supervisor as required.
Minimum Qualifications for Considerations:
- High School Education or equivalent. Payroll processing experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Paycom experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic Computer skills (Microsoft word ,excel & outlook)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-starter with detail oriented work habits
Able to maintain confidentiality
Display professional demeanor
Good interpersonal skills; able to work well with wide range of individuals
Demonstrate dependability through good attendance, punctuality and adherence to timelines and schedules
Knowledge of basic company employment policies and procedures
Clear communication skills in dealing with CSC Centers, outside departments, other team members and vendors.
Capable of doing general math and analytical problems.
Ability to react to change productively and handle essential tasks as assigned
Able and willing to continue professional development
Physical Requirements:
Sitting for long periods of time, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual activity.
Occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds of paper)
