Job Title: Temp-to-Hire Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Location: South OKC

Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Weekends Off)

Position Type: Temporary, with potential for Full-Time Hire

Job Description:

As a Temp-to-Hire Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our clients in both English and Spanish. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers, providing timely and accurate assistance to resolve their concerns and ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from English and Spanish-speaking customers.

  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.

  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
