Responsibilities Include:
-oversee daily service operations for the greater Twin City service area.
-hiring and training new employees
-company process improvement
-providing in-field training
-performing quality control audits
-customer service
-fleet Maintenance and Inspections.
-manage Inventory
-monitor key company metrics
Manager Requirements:
-operations or service management experience
-Ideally 2 years in previous employee management role.
-understanding of resource efficiency
-strong verbal and written communication skills
-experience working in a fast paced environment.
-proficient with a computer and comfortable with excel
