The Sr. Manager - Enterprise Data Architecture role is responsible for leading a strategy to define and drive a target state that is based on simplicity and the adoption of contemporary data architecture, cloud native data engineering, and open-source software. This role will collaborate with many key business and technical stakeholders to ensure that architecture and governance principles align with organizational objectives, solve business problems, and support the organization's overall goals. This role also provides vision and guidance to a team of architects to achieve optimal use of IT capabilities and technology investments. Strategy Development: Provide thought leadership in the development and execution of enterprise and architecture domain-specific strategies, standards, and guidelines to define the Enterprise Architecture Target State, Blueprints and Roadmaps. Work with the Business, Data leaders, and Data Architects to review strategies, requirements, and solutions to assess the impact on data and information architecture to ensure consistency and traceability throughout the enterprise architecture. Help build and manage architecture blueprints working in collaboration with architects and subject matter experts. Engage with leaders to understand their objectives and align data architecture strategies accordingly. Work closely with project managers to incorporate architecture considerations into project planning and execution. Develop and manage third party and Supplier relationships needed to ensure delivery of Enterprise Architecture objectives. Drive initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall maturity of data and database management architecture and governance capabilities. Responsible for the development and maintenance of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, approaches for data & analytics, architecture governance and tooling, domain leadership as part of the Enterprise Architecture Leadership Team. Work with other functions of the Enterprise Architecture team to drive maturity of the group and ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end EA services. Education / Experience / Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related major or commensurate experience. 5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience 5+ years of working level experience in IT Enterprise Architecture governance. 5+ years' experience in a large-scale global IT enterprise environment. 5+ years' experience with Cloud (Preferably Azure & AWS) data and database services Preferred Qualifications:
