ARAMARK Field Trainer - Charleston SC Corrections in North Charleston, South Carolina
Job Description
This position is the trainer and primary liaison between Aramark and the Client locations.
Job Responsibilities
Training of PRIMA Web and providing support to each DOC facility within their region
Manage, and provide DOC Facilities with direction on order guide changes
Ensure all products being purchased are in compliance with all guidelines
Build relationships with the DOC by communicating in a timely effective manner
Maintain all purchasing aspects of food production software, placing orders as needed
Track and report DOC food services data in a way to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Cost analysis of products purchase
Forecast average usage of products and communicate any changes to the facilities
Conduct QA audits at all facilities to ensure products are being handled in a safe manner
Partner with facilities to make operations more effective
Respond to and resolve vendor/purchasing issues from the field
Identify current approaches and methods of procurement and what can be done to create value with existing tools, including Policy, People, Process and Technology
Focus on the Five Ps of Food Production and ensure operational excellence

Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree Required
Understand supply/demand dynamics
The ability to identify, evaluate and mitigate supply risk
PRIMA subject matter expert, along with the compliance and productivity results within operations
Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to communicate with a wide range people.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner and develop relationships effectively at all levels
A self-starter, confident, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with little supervision.
High energy, results-oriented individual who makes a difference - takes initiative, makes things happen, accepts accountability, and has a ?can do? attitude; has a sense of urgency.
Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
