CACI is seeking a Software Engineer, Lead to support an upcoming DOD project in Norfolk, VA. We are looking for Software Engineer's who are interested in joining a long-term contract supporting a national security DOD customer.

Must be willing to work onsite in Norfolk, Virginia.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Responsible for designing, developing, operating, and maintaining software, firmware components, or computing systems software to be applied to and integrated with solutions and products.

• Perform a variety of moderately complex software and/or hardware engineering activities of an analysis, design or test nature.

• Participate on project teams and provide guidance to less experienced engineers and technical staff.

• Interface with customers, suppliers, application users, and other technical and support personnel.

• Review all training requirements from the Solution Architects.

• Support design meetings with Software Developers, Solution Architects, and UI Engineers.

• Work in a fast, dynamic environment.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Active Secret security clearance.

• BA/BS with 10 years of software engineering experience.

• Proficiency with JavaScript, C++, Python.

• Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

• Management experience leading teams of 3 or more team members.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in software engineering for AR/VR projects.

$104,200-$229,200
