ABOUT THIS ROLE
We’re looking for a Human Resources Partner (HRP) to join our growing team. This role will support a team of HR Business Partners across 5 global functions which include, People & Places, Finance & Growth, Product & Insights, Global Corporate Affairs and Legal. The HRP will be client facing, focused on team engagement, talent process, people analytics and coaching. You’ll be working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.

As a Human Resources Partner, you will...
Work with people managers end to end on performance management
Analyze data and trends on talent, in order to provide input to the business strategy with HRBPs
Consult managers on people matters that require in depth knowledge of policies, procedures and local legislation
Drive people and job-related changes via Workday and Outlook, connecting the dots across process and communication
Run regular reports (monthly/quarterly) to track activity for Leaders and identify team insights
Conduct exit interviews, drive adoption for engagement discussions and provide insights to the HRBPs
Support the Talent Management processes through partnership with the HRBPs, particularly developing toolkit and communications that help managers to be self-sufficient with talent practices

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field
3+ years of human resources generalist experience or a blend of operations and HR
Prior experience working in HR
Preferred Qualifications
Business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking and analysis
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented
Drives recommendations and prioritization
Project management and execution skills
Coaching and consulting skills
Experience interfacing at all levels of an organization
Experience working with global tech teams, 300+ team members
Thrives in a high-pressure environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities
