Description

We are on the lookout for a meticulous Office Manager with a strong focus on financial services to join our team in New York, New York. As an Office Manager, your main role will be to manage and implement office management strategies and procedures. This includes overseeing all aspects of inventory and logistics coordination, managing facilities, and handling catering and event coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement office management strategies and procedures to streamline operations

• Oversee all aspects of inventory and logistics coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations

• Manage facilities to provide a clean and welcoming environment at all times

• Handle all aspects of catering and event coordination, ensuring satisfactory service delivery

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, for daily operations

• Manage calendars, arrange meetings, organize travel, compile reports, and record meeting minutes for the senior executive team

• Answer incoming calls and greet clients professionally, providing excellent customer service

• Show flexibility with start time and staying late as needed to ensure all tasks are completed

• Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate records and back office support

• Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

• Previous corporate experience, preferably in the financial services industry.

• Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written.

• Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

• Personable and polished with a professional demeanor.

• Experience in supporting senior executives.

• Must be able to work onsite in New York, NY.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work flexibly.
