CompuCom Level 3 Deskside Support Technician in New York, New York

Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 3 Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in New York, NY.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide white glove deskside support to client executives (“C” suite)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, with a focus on Mac environments

  • Offer exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and discretion in high-profile settings

  • Collaborate with a team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues

  • Utilize ServiceNow for incident management and tracking

  • Coordinate with technical support resources for complex problem-solving as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in professional environments

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, particularly in Mac environments

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive-level personnel

  • Familiarity with incident management tools like ServiceNow

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

$48.88 - $54.85 per hour

Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
