The Role:

Internal IT provides nonstop global IT support to Celonis operations as a vital piece to the puzzle. We support, maintain, and operate the company’s end-user solutions. As an IT Support Engineer, you will use your knowledge and skills to implement technical solutions and provide high quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software. You can troubleshoot and solve straightforward problems that do not have defined SOPs.

The work you’ll do:

  • Resolve, transfer or escalate IT tickets raised by internal employees

  • Work in an international IT support team to solve issues globally

  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues via phone, email and remote control

  • Operating, transporting, adjusting and installing/configuring computing and related equipment (Mac/Windows environment) for the workplace

  • Communication with our users and staff to understand, identify, document and resolve problems

  • Performing simple repairs to computing and related equipment

  • Develop documentation/user guides for common user issues

  • Mobile Device support for corporate smartphones managed by Microsoft Intune

  • On-site support for the Celonis San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles & Raleigh Offices on a regular basis.USPs of the position:

  • To be the 1st contact person in IT-questions for a large rising and cool company in our New York City Headquarter

  • Learn everyday something new in our international IT team

  • To be a very good service provider in a superfluid company

The qualifications you need:

  • Knowledge in a Windows environment (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019

  • Basic knowledge of MacOS

  • Basic knowledge of AzureAD/Active Directory

  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks

  • Microsoft O365 knowledge

  • Operate and maintain network printers and network components like video-conferencing systems based on Zoom/MS Teams

  • Troubleshoot drivers / software applications

  • Knowledge in Mobile Device Management solutions Microsoft Intune & Kandji

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.

Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.

The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.

$57,000—$105,000 USD
