As the successful candidate, you will have an enthusiastic, can-do attitude with experience in performing hazardous building materials surveys and abatement monitoring, including but not limited to asbestos, lead, PCBs, universal waste, and mold. Job Responsibilities

[The primary responsibilities of the position will be:]{verdana=""}

• To assist with the completion of hazardous/regulated building material inspections;
• Provide project monitoring during HBM abatement activities and collect the appropriate clearance sampling (Onsite reading of samples will not be required);
• Assist with IAQ and PCB assessments;
• Work periodic overtime and/or outside of normal business hours to complete the project;
• Coordinate with laboratories and contractors;
• Assist with report writing and developing project scopes of work;
• Report directly to the HBM Practice Lead in New England;
