As a Product Support Specialist, you will be ensuring superior customer experience by solving the most challenging issues from customer sites globally - during the whole product life cycle in ABB Motion System Drives in New Berlin, Wisconsin.This is a position with global grade 13Your responsibilities Take care of the critical customer issues with a collaborative and customer centric mindset Act as the single contact from PE&Q to drive results and to meet customer expectations per schedule Lead technical investigations with teamwork and propose suitable solution packages. Communicate the plan and progress effectively and implement the site solutions timely Proactively and systematically prevent issues based on learnings from the customer sites or data analysis across the whole installed base Analyze monthly warranty reports for System Drives and collaborate with the global team to reduce field failures and increase product availability Communicate Field Service on the product updates in field.
