JOB SUMMARY
Manages the implementation and reporting of the country’s performance management system catering to various guest segments (i.e. group, transient, association, corporate, etc.). Provides analysis of associate goals, productivity, cluster and market performance. Acts as primary contact for and maintains productive relationships with all stakeholders, including sales leaders and sales associates. Demonstrating Leadership by utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
Manage the implementation and integration of Sales and Distribution (BMSC) deployment projects as initiated by the Team Leader. Support the implementation of Cluster Market Assessment plans to include associate assessment and training.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Execution and Maintenance of Performance Management Processes
Ensure performance management system is implemented & sustained across India hotels – existing and new
Ensure Month on month production tracking
Works with sales leaders to ensure understanding of sales deployment and effective implementation of this strategy for the performance tool
Works with sales management team to implement a sales goal plan addressing market segments and goals for all managed hotels in India
Provides recommendations to improve effectiveness of performance management processes
Activities/ Customer Data – Maintenance and improvement through SFA Web
Assist in the development of a consistent & a focused approach to goal setting
Group opportunities/ Sales Activities/ Customer Data – Maintenance and improvement through SFA Web
Aiding in Sales Strategy + Support functions
Execution and Maintenance of Performance and Associate Database
Account Team management of all National Sales Associates
Updating market knowledge and aligning sales strategies and approaches accordingly
Periodic auditing of data and reporting
Audits data periodically audit quality of data submitted by hotels to ensure data integrity
Audits monthly updating of the performance tool for the cluster associates
Manages the collation and dissemination of sales associate’s performance data to relevant reports

Establishes good interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external others, and maintaining them over time.
Collaborating with Resources to Manage Projects, Achieve Goals, and Solve Problems
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED; min 2 years’ experience in the sales and marketing, revenue management or related professional area.
OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Revenue Management or related major; no work experience required.

Skills and Knowledge
Writing - Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
Technical Skills – Ability to manage large databases, experience in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc. Proficiency in SQL and query building, knowledge in R and Python will be an added advantage.

Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
