Description:

IT Operations/ IT Engineer to assist team with Technical Operations. Immediate upcoming projects include an office move where this person will be working with network vendors, A/V vendors, etc. and there will be the onboarding of 40+ interns during the summer where this person will be assisting the desktop manager with provisioning hardware for these interns. This person must have exceptional organization, communication skills, with a high sense of responsibility.

• Proficient in IT Operations Management (Onboarding, Laptop provisioning, Office Setups etc)

• Vendor Management (Cable Vendors, WAN Providers, A/V Vendors)

• Comfortable leading people without authority

• Strong IT Project Management Experience

• Issue and Problem Tracking and remediation
