Lockheed Martin Program Management Asc Mgr (HYBRID TELEWORK) in Moorestown, New Jersey

Position reports to the Mission Systems Senior Program Manager within the Integrated Combat Management Systems sub-market segment. Responsible for management of contracts primarily within the US Coast Guard portfolio. Manage production of hardware and software for recapitalization of Command, Control, Computing and Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems on Coast Guard Cutters. Scope includes production of hardware infrastructure, software builds, integrated logistics products and conduct of system integration and certification.

Role will interact directly with United States Coast Guard (USCG) customer to report status, manage deliveries, risks and respond to requested changes in the technical baseline or delivery schedule Manage cost and schedule baselines using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and enterprise tools.

Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.

Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to

master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5years of direct experience managing software and hardware product deliveries

-Relevant experience in systems engineering, integration, test

- Demonstrated successful experience with spend plans, cost tracking and earned value management (EVMS)

- Written and oral customer communication skills. Relationship building skills

- Ability to interface with customers and internal cross

functional teams at multiple levels.

-Able to direct teams and solve problems to achieve results.

- Requires Security Clearance at Secret Level.

Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of USCG customer

- Experience with production operations and Manufacturing Requirements Planning principles.

- Experience with Agile Development Process and US

Navy Common Source Library.

- Experience with varied contracting types and the

negotiations process.

- Experience with DoD Risk Management Framework.

- Possesses an understanding of Export Control

requirements.

- General familiarity with ship integration and the process of SHIPALTS

- Environmental qualification and information assurance certification knowledge

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project and Enterprise business tools (i.e., GRID, P2P, EPDM, JIRA, Confluence).

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
