Insight Global's client in the Human Capital Management (HCM) technology space is looking for a Sr. Technology Solutions Advisor to join the team on a full-time basis working Remote anywhere in the United States. This individual will be assisting the sales organization in focusing on the technological areas of this organization's proprietary technology solution throughout the various phases of engagement with prospective customers. This person will work in tandem with key personnel to create technological messaging that will target the specific needs of prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

Technology Architecture: Lead discussions on the architecture for this organization's technology.

Demonstrations: Create and conduct technology-focused demonstrations for prospective customers.

Best Practices: Assist in defining best practices for integrating with this organization.

Support Sales: Aid Solutions Advisors with client demos, RFIs, RFPs, and Security Assessments.

Product Enhancement: Communicate with product management to improve product capabilities.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent professional experience in a relevant role/field.

3+ years of experience assisting colleagues and prospective customers prior to the sale.

Deep understanding of integration technologies, patterns, and practices.

Familiarity with SaaS-based software and key concepts related to infrastructure, security, operation, and SDLC.

Understanding of Enterprise Architecture.

Strong presentation skills and ability to perform under pressure in a professional manner.

A strong interest and desire to work/experiment with new technologies. Professional knowledge/experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and/or Workforce Management.

TOGAF Certification.

Bilingual (English & French/Spanish). null
