Network Administrator BCForward is currently seeking for a highly motivated Network Administrator for an Onsite opportunity in Minnesota. Position Title: Network Administrator Location: Minneapolis, MN Anticipated Start Date: 03/25/2024. Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCForward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 5+ months.(Possible Extensions) Job Type: Contract - Onsite Pay Range: $55/hr - $70/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, planning, evaluation, and support of network communications, including LAN/WAN systems.
• Provide expertise in network planning, engineering, and architecture for the remote sites.
• Understand and interpret network configurations and VLANs effectively.
• Configure and deploy Cisco switches and routers according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful replacement of network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices is advantageous.
• Provide support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in network administration, particularly with Cisco networking equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting network configurations and VLANs.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN systems and network protocols.
• Experience with Cisco SD WAN and VManage is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
