You Are:

The IO Accenture Unit Project is seeking a IT Customer Service Representative to provide technical support to customers. The project is a part of the Information Technology Operations job family group.

As an IT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the below:

  • Provide technical support to customers using your expertise in Customer Technical Support.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, document customer interactions, and escalate issues as necessary.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.

  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in Customer Technical Support and stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

This role is onsite at Minneapolis, MN office.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Windows and Mac PC troubleshooting

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Ticket management through a system such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Asset management for tracking technology equipment

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Customer service and relationship management.

  • High School Diploma or GED

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

California $22.26 to $49.33

Colorado $22.26 to $42.64

New York $20.63 to $49.33

Washington $23.70 to $45.38
