GE Healthcare Technical Project Analyst in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Job Description Summary

The Technical Project Analyst will be responsible for leading quarterly planning activities across all programs and projects within the Portrait Program Management Office (PMO). This will include working with Program Managers and Lead Project Integrator (LPI’s) to establish detailed plans and metrics and monitor execution. The Technical Project Analyst (TPA) will proactively identify roadblocks and issues and either resolve them or raise them to the PMO team for resolution. The TPA will drive initiatives to improve the program management effectiveness by establishing and managing effective metrics, dashboards, and functional processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

· Lead quarterly planning activities for all projects and programs in the Portrait PMO. This will include establishing expectations, scheduling meetings, establishing metrics and managing deliverables.

· Work with PM’s and LPI’s both within the Portrait PMO as well as other businesses to gather best practices and improve metrics and project management processes.

· Become an expert in the Rally project management tool and help Program Managers and LPI’s to schedule and track work across projects and functional teams.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Enginering or a related technical field

2 years of experience in Engineering Project Management preferably in medical devices, or a highly regulated industry.
