The work we do here matters.Department OverviewSoftware Upgrade Operations; supporting and managing upgrades for Premier One, Call Works, Vesta, and Vesta Managed services.Job Description Manage and gather information to support the creation of new upgrade projects Review contracts to confirm customer entitlement Maintain resource and project schedules Track and report on equipment needed to complete hardware and software upgrades Focus on building relationships with the internal team to develop or enhance processes and the internal Motorola Solutions team to improve customer satisfaction, process creation, and enhancement In this role you will be responsible for overall coordination including but not limited to: keeping customers updated on all activities and timelines, scheduling and coordinating resources and upgrade activities status reporting, and stability of projects for Motorola Solutions Software Enterprise. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations. Tailor information to appeal to the level and interest of others. Ability to determine and meet customer expectations on solution development, progress reporting, and frequency of communication. Provides constructive feedback to the team, suggesting actions to improve individual and team performance Applies new technical approaches to best resolve customer problems.
