JOB REQUIREMENTS: IT Service Management Architect - WD33754 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: IT Service Management Architect What you will do: We are looking for an IT Service Management Architect who will lead the design and optimization of the Service Management Platform, ensuring data integrity of the entire CMDB. You\'ll engage with business and IT management to drive configuration management efforts, evaluate and enhance processes, and govern process improvements. Your role will include defining ITSM processes, managing ITSM process operations, overseeing ServiceNow Platform governance, and ensuring architecture documents are current. How you will do it: * Designing Service Management Platform based on best practices. * Engaging business and IT management to encourage configuration management efforts and value proposition. * Evaluating Current Processes for Continuous Improvement. * Evaluating Process Enhancements. * Designing/Defining ITSM Processes. * Keeping the Architecture documents up to date. * Reviewing and approving significant changes (Infra/Apps/Security) assuring their CMDB impact is addressed. * Engaging with the PMO on strategic projects to ensure Configuration Management functionality is delivered in appropriate timeframes.
