The Amazon Business team is dedicated to developing solutions that make it easy for business customers to buy on Amazon through an Amazon Business Account. We focus on building solutions that enable business customers to rethink current strategies, tools and processes for Purchasing and innovate to be fit for the future. Our Customers include individual professionals, small businesses and large institutions. Our business Customers have different needs than Amazon retail/consumer Customers, and we reinvent everything from how we display our selection, price our products and provide the right customer experience to serve this segment.

To support our business growth, we are looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager for a full time (40 hours/week) individual contributor position in our Professional Services Team. You will work on expanding our Amazon Business select partners network (eprocurement system providers and consulting firms) who are supporting customers on procurement digitalization, especially Amazon Business implementations. You will prospect partners and enable them to support at scale Amazon Business integrations for high potential Customers, by helping them to gain knowledge and expertise on the Amazon Business solution to run integrations autonomously . You will also support our select partners on the most complex and/or strategic customers integrations to ensure the deployed solution meets their needs. You will work closely with internal Amazon Business teams (Partnerships, Sales, Solution Architects) to drive and prioritize solutions for Amazon Business Customers. You need to excel at project management, be able to coordinate a large number of stakeholders, influence without authority, plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project. You will enjoy problem solving on behalf of Customers, have experience in working with senior stakeholders and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding project / program goals and customer spend expectations.

Key job responsibilities

• Prospect and gain commitment from new select partners

• Collaborate with Partnership teams to help growing the select partners network and boosting Customers pipeline (e.g. through GTM activities like co-hosted webinars, events)

• Onboard and train select partners on Amazon Business integration processes

• Support Partners to deliver Customers integrations and ensure Customers adoption, with a focus on complex/strategic Customers

• Lead processes, reporting and program methodology optimization

• Contribute to the Partner Select Program strategy definition

• Connect, align and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver and grow the program (Sales, Partnerships, US teams, Technical, Marketing teams)

The Partner Enablement Manager will evolve in an ambiguous environment with a strong challenge on boosting Amazon Business customers integrations by onboarding new partners, and dealing with a broad panel of internal and external stakeholders who are key for the success of the program. We expect him/she to think out of the box to help scaling the activity and deliver results. This role requires to have significant appetite for prospecting and building relationships with external parties.

Basic Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree.

  • 5+ years of experience working within the procure-to-pay community, with a deep understanding of the B2B ecosystem

  • Exceptional English – both verbal and written

  • Fluent Italian is a nice to have

  • Strong program and project management skills

  • Track record of successfully owning, driving and managing partnerships and/or Global Enterprise Accounts against quarterly targets

  • Strong technical acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies like eProcurement software, eInvoicing, and/or generic Software as a Service (SaaS) business models

  • Strong analytical capability and writing skills to frame opportunities and report on activities and results

  • Ability to prioritize, organize others and demonstrate discipline and personal influence to achieve goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; technical, business, or marketing degree preferred.

  • B2B business development experience, especially partner-based lead generation and customer acquisition in a SaaS company.

  • A passion for technology and ensuring great customer experiences.

  • Knowledge of one or more of the following would be beneficial: B2B procurement; eProcurement, eInvoicing, Payments, Reconciliation, and other source-to-settle software systems.
