Job Description

As a C#/.NET Developer at Ryder, your primary responsibility will be to enhance and maintain a couple internal applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to modernize the Ryder Leap/Homegrown dashboard platform. Leveraging your expertise in C# and .NET, you'll create efficient, user-friendly features and functionalities. Additionally, you'll play a key role in migrating our systems from on-premises to the Azure cloud platform. Ensuring a seamless transition and optimal performance during this migration process will be crucial. Your support will extend to our homegrown application, The Process Dashboard, where most of the work involves backend .Net development. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll understand requirements and implement robust solutions. Furthermore, your experience in integrating with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be valuable. You'll contribute to enhancing system capabilities and streamlining processes within the supply chain environment. Skills and Requirements

- 7+ plus years working as a .Net/ C# Developer in an enterprise environment

- Strong experience with API Development

- Experience working for a 3PL or experience working with WMS, specially has an understanding of WMS integrations

- Strong experience with Azure, supporting OnPrem to Azure migrations

- Strong experience with SQL and Oracle databases

- Strong Documentation skills, attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication -- ability to run effective meetings and gather requirements

- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and time management

- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactively addressing challenges

- Operates independently, demonstrating a proactive, self-driven approach without requiring constant supervision - WMS Experience (Synapse or SCALE)
