Description We are in search of a Customer Success Specialist to work in Miami, Florida. This role involves handling customer service responsibilities within our team. The ideal candidate would be skilled in Customer Service, Data Entry, and e-Filing, and have a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls daily, ensuring customer queries are handled effectively and efficiently.

• Assist customers through phone and email communication, providing information and guidance regarding their accounts.

• Update customer accounts with new or revised data as needed, maintaining the integrity of our customer database.

• Ensure consistent follow-up with customers on specific needs or inquiries, fostering strong customer relationships.

• Use e-Filing systems to manage and organize customer data, ensuring easy accessibility and accuracy of information.

• Work towards resolving customer service issues promptly, escalating complex issues to the relevant team when necessary.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing customer insights and feedback to improve our services.

• Uphold company standards and policies in all customer interactions, representing the company in a professional and respectful manner.

• Utilize your customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the overall success of our team.

• Leverage your data entry skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service is essential

• Experience with Data Entry is required

• Proficiency in e-Filing is expected

• Capability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Familiarity with relevant software and platforms

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards

• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement

• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality

• Proven record of reliability and consistency.
