Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Miami, Florida. This role involves managing accounts receivable and ensuring the smooth operation of posting payments, reconciling accounts, and sending out statements.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain up-to-date records

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly, identifying and addressing any irregularities

• Execute collection processes, including contacting customers with delinquent payments

• Ensure the accurate and timely posting of payments to customer accounts

• Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

• Regularly send out statements to customers regarding their credit status

• Utilize Spanish language skills as needed to communicate effectively with diverse clientele

• Continuously maintain and update accounts receivable records

• Collaborate with the team to improve and streamline accounts receivable processes

• Utilize various software and systems for tracking and recording accounts receivable data.
