**Electrical Project Manager/EOE

RESPONSIBILITIES: Established and growing electrical contractor seeking experienced project manager for residential/commercial estimating and project management. Experience a MUST! Applicant must be able to handle residential and small commercial projects, walk throughs and quoting jobs. Return phone calls and coordinate electricians to customers needs. Work closely with General Contractors and supply houses. Prepare paperwork for submission for permits to appropriate cities. Schedule inspections and be present for inspections when needed. Ordering and returning materials as needed. Prepare billing upon job completion. Review weekly timesheets for accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Electrical License for Connecticut OSHA 10 Minimum 3 yrs construction experience Clean and insurable driver's license Ability to read blueprints Knowledge of NEC Code Clean background check Effective communication skills Organizational skills
