3Sixty Property Management Property Manager in Mashpee, Massachusetts

We are seeking a dedicated HOA Manager to lead and deliver exceptional service to the Board of Directors, homeowners and residents of upscale communities in Mashpee, MA Financial Reporting & Budget Administration: Maintain comprehensive records, prepare monthly management reports, manage invoices, and handle budget preparation and review. Property Maintenance: Oversee day-to-day management, negotiate contracts, conduct regular inspections, and ensure the quality control of workmanship. Relationship Management: Act as a liaison for the Board of Directors, enforce rules and regulations, and maintain a positive community atmosphere. Coordinate and attend board meetings and annual meetings - Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes - Handle homeowner inquiries, complaints, and requests - Maintain accurate records of homeowner accounts, payments, and violations - Collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs Qualifications: Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts between homeowners or with vendors - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent customer service skills and organizational skills to interact with homeowners and address their concerns - Experience in property maintenance and management - Holds a professional demeanor and works well in a team environment Requirements Financial Reporting & Budget Administration: Maintain comprehensive records, prepare monthly management reports, manage invoices, and handle budget preparation and review.
