Support the mission and conduct themselves in a professional and responsible manner while abiding by all privacy and confidentiality requirements. Assist with management of the Analytics SharePoint sites Assist with management of Analytics Confluence sites Use SQL to build ad hoc reports Use a script analyzer to provide analysis to the team Give feedback on the training materials/process Follow all corporate and departmental policies and procedures. Maintain scheduled hours and be flexible to meet the needs of the department. Be available to work 40 hours per week and, if asked, some occasional overtime. Recognize, suggest, and assist with process improvements. Display critical thinking and problem-solving competencies Assist with special projects Assist with administrative tasks as needed Perform duties assigned by supervisor and department mentors. Intern duties will vary in each department. What our team expects from you? High school degree or equivalent required. Must be enrolled in an accredited 2 or 4 year college for the upcoming school year. Must have at least 1 year of coursework completed. SQL Must be 18 years or older. Experience working in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred. The intern role is considered a learning opportunity and as such, no specific experience is required. Preference may be given to candidates with work experience or education paths determined desirable by the department each intern supports.
