Responsibilities Here\'s why we need you: In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting assigned technology solutions, including cloud, network, communication, security and file server systems, and office and enterprise applications. Qualifications Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities The following job functions are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Maintains and administers assigned technology infrastructure, hardware and software. Installs operating system software, patches, and upgrades Configures, optimizes, and monitors operating system software and application software Analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves system hardware, software, and networking issues Administers user, server, security, and file systems. Performs system backups and recovery Conducts server builds Conducts cloud deployments Follows effective, appropriate agile and project management processes Maintains detailed process, technical, and end user documentation, and training material for assigned systems. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical degree; or commensurate experience.
