Responsibilities Here\'s why we need you: In his role, you will provide day-to-day training, support and maintenance for designated AEI offices\' PC hardware and software. Tests new hardware under guidance and direction of Technology Manager. Maintain office specific inventories and diagrams per firm wide IT standards. Qualifications Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities The following job functions are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Each person is expected to help, to the extent of their abilities, in carrying out whatever work is required to deliver a quality product within budget and on schedule. Responds to help-desk needs in a timely and professional manner. Supports and maintains designated AEI offices\' standard hardware and software. Tests and provides feedback on hardware standards. Collaborates with other IT staff, users, and vendors as necessary to resolve day-to-day issues. Maintains documentation for assigned IT inventories and databases. Provides feedback and suggestions for improvements, shares knowledge and lessons learned, and collaborates in troubleshooting problems. May participate in special projects on either a IT team or a cross-functional team. Provides ongoing one-on-one training and instruction to users in the organization.
