JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Who we are as a program: The New to Public Health (N2PH) Residency Program () is a year-long workforce development program for early career public health professionals to gain confidence and competence in the field of public health. Residents of the program complete an online learning course, meet for monthly synchronous discussions, complete an evidence-based project, and are matched with a mentor. Who we are looking for on our team: The School of Nursing is seeking an enthusiastic public health professional who is eager to contribute to and help grow the N2PH Residency Program, support early career public health professionals, and implement creative ideas. The N2PH Residency Program Specialist, along with other team members, is responsible for developing and updating content for the online learning course, facilitating cohorts, engaging with partners to support program expansion, and collaborating on evaluation initiatives for ongoing improvement. Our highest priority is to ensure residents and partners of the program have a positive experience and are well supported. Responsibilities: Provides guidance on the planning, design, and development of new professional level credit and non-credit courses and facilitates cross-departmental communication in support of the establishment of new continuing education programs. 25% Researches and selects curriculum content, assists with the development of course specific materials and resources, and prepares assessment tools regarding specific programs to align with unit objectives and strategy 25% Disseminates course updates and newly created content with program stakeholders, solicits feedback, and alters curriculum if appropriate 25% Serves as an initial point of contact and facilitates cross-unit communication with colleagues and accreditation resources to obtain relevant and accurate information for the program 10% Directs operational logistics of specialized programming segments and communication materials under general supervision 15% Promotes,...
