Are you an experienced professional in mortgage operations with strong leadership and management skills? Do you have a passion for coaching and developing staff? As the Mortgage Lending Sales Support Manager, you\'ll oversee the daily operations of the mortgage processing team and support the Mortgage Sales Support Assistant Managers with training, coaching and development of the team. You will also play a pivotal role within the Mortgage Management team collaborating closely with sales and other support functions such as underwriting. In the Mortgage Lending Sales Support Manager role, you are accountable for achieving daily volume and quality benchmarks related to the processing of all mortgage products. Ensuring consistently high service levels is a top priority for this role, including monitoring accuracy, compliance, and quality delivery, while actively identifying and implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
