Description:

TEKsystems is partnering with a local Madison, WI based client in the search for a Conferencing and AV Support Specialist to join their team. This person will be troubleshooting issues with conference room hardware and software, mainly Microsoft Teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Intake tickets via ServiceNow relating to conference room hardware and software, mainly Microsoft Teams & Zoom.

• Test equipment for rooms with upcoming meeting and events

• Provide support for large events as needed

• Support a variety of users including executives, employees, and guests.

• Perform daily monitoring of systems

• Update firmware and software as needed

• Set up A/V and conference room equipment

• Complete project-based work as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 6+ months experience supporting AV & conference room equipment as well as Teams or Zoom in a customer facing IT support position, such as an internship, student help desk, or full-time position.
