Academy Fire Life Safety is seeking District Relationship Specialist!

We are looking for professional employees who can deliver top notch customer service to our vendor, district, and customer network! If you are driven and seeking a place to grow, Apply Now!

What You’ll Do:

  • Review and dispatching of monthly preventative maintenance work orders.

  • Manage district preventative maintenance work orders volume throughout month.

  • Updating internal notes and scheduled inspection dates.

  • Follow up on scheduled work orders to validate completion/status.

  • Prepare and submit necessary updates to internal national account teams.

  • Identify and escalate issues between internal national account teams regarding districts, client locations, etc.

  • Manage incoming/outgoing calls to/from technicians, districts, or client location.

  • Document and record district work order rejections in internal system and communicate trends to district Relationship Manager.

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal vendor network.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of Customer Service experience.

  • Associate or bachelor’s Degree

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail oriented

  • Knowledge of MS Office: Outlook and Excel.

  • Ability to analyze data.

  • Relationship Building

National facilities maintenance experience is a plus.

In Office Position only. (Lynbrook, New York)

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
