Amazon CO Fleet Integration Manager, CO On-Road Svc in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Description

Central Operations (CO) refers to a new approach in Amazon Logistics (AMZL) to define a scalable solution to run an increasingly complex and growing last mile delivery network. CO is a key strategic initiative with a vision to transform the way AMZL executes route planning, labor planning and last mile on-road delivery experience. This is a chance to support a rapidly evolving part of AMZL, taking the lead in developing a best-in-class operation to make effective, real-time decisions to maximize customer and driver experience whilst on the road.

Responsibilities:

You'll join and will work with a group of passionate people, inventing & optimizing our approach to fleet planning for last mile deliveries. You'll own the planning space and will ensure we deliver a stable, balanced, and realistic plan to our stakeholders. You'll need push for delivery speed and cost, while balancing uncertainty with financial risks in one of the most resource intensive space in Amazon operations. You will own the roadmap which includes enhancement and automation and driving the team into uncharted territories. You will need to understand deeply the constraints in the EU countries to build the right model.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable, able to work within an ambiguous and matrix organization, needs to have strong attention to detail, enjoys working with large scale of data, is a curious builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong delivery record and leadership experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional projects, along with an innate ability to drive data driven decisions.

The preferred location for this role in in Luxembourg (LUX20) but, for the ideal candidate, can be based in any of our EU Corporate Offices or Delivery Stations

Basic Qualifications

· Master's Degree in engineering, statistics, business analytics, information systems or related field

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience of project management

· Ability to manage a large stakeholder base in an ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

· 5+ years experience in Supply Chain / Planning or related field

· At ease with complex analytics and problem solving
