Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible to generate and execute a roadmap working directly with stakeholders and the engineering team. This will include creating buy-in with stakeholders with regular feedback to prioritize the execution of the roadmap in engineering. You will train internal IBM sales and technical staff on product updates to make sure they understand how to articulate and demonstrate the value of new features and updates. You will work directly with the design team on user research, UX designs, and user testing. You represent the customer, user, and stakeholders in every conversation to ensure that the delivery of designs and features align with roadmap priorities by frequently reviewing customer data and having conversations with key customers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5 or more years of experience in a Product Manager role working in an iterative software delivery model for B2B/IT Software

• Has created 12-month+ roadmaps and shipped product in line with that roadmap

• Has performed technical and sales enablement for product releases

• 3 or more years experience working with network technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet, Velocloud and/or IT infrastructure technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, VMware

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience using AHA and Jira for managing roadmaps and engineering backlogs

• Experience with Kubernetes

• Has been a network administrator, network engineer, or worked on networking products as a product manager

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
