ManpowerGroup Shipping Coordinator in Louisburg, North Carolina

Our client, a food industry bottling company is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join their team. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting the manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will have previous shipping coordinator experience, organizational skills and detailed oriented which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

Location: Louisburg NC

Pay Range: $18-$25

What’s the Job?

  • Prepare shipments for postal or commercial conveyance.

  • Prepared bills of lading, checks items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination and routing are correct.

  • Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, and/or logs inventory which is to be shipped.

  • Maintain department database, prepare routine reports, and file shipping records.

  • May operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading supplies and equipment.

What’s Needed?

  • At least 3 years of previous shipping coordinator experience.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.

  • Knowledge of light equipment operation

  • Knowledge of postal or commercial shipping methods and procedures.
