Job Summary
The Manager, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Application is responsible for managing all the functional aspects of an integrated cloud based SAP/Success Factors (SAP/SF) Payroll solution. In this role, the ERP functional Architect will document the business requirements, will design and implement the application as required by business specifications. This role will ensure that SAP/SF system functions, business processes and procedures are documented and in place to support all SAP/SF payroll related applications. This hands-on role will be involved with application analysis, design, integration, testing, and maintenance and support for the delivery of all payroll related projects. The ERP Functional Architect is also responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of security roles for all SAP/SF payroll related applications. The ERP Function Architect will work closely with ERP Technical Architects and business SMEs to ensure that all the changes introduced to production environment are properly tested and approved by the business.
Duties
Functional support of the delivery of the configuration and security changes of our Cloud based SAP/SF Payroll’s Universe which includes Employee Central, WFS time and attendance and other 3rd party vendors, Concur and General Ledgers system.
Support includes documenting systems changes and business processes, gathering requirements, reviewing requirements and design documents, unit and integration testing, UAT support, training, go live support and production support.
Security authorizations provisioning and maintenance for Employee Central Payroll and WFS time and attendance. Ensure Segregation of duties and PII is protected in all SAP/SF environments.
Audit monitoring and reporting of system activity and access by special roles in the production environments.
Support for SAP/SF systems and business audits.
Coordinate with business owners of each application within L.A. Care’s SAP/SF environments for user testing, obtaining appropriate approvals for all the changes, enhancements, patches and break fixes that are introduced to production environments.
Support the Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and WFS systems which consists of troubleshooting and resolving system functionality issues, configuring system changes, reviewing enhancements and patches before they are implemented. Ensure that all changes are documented, tested and approved before they are being introduced to the production environments.
Work with business units/departments to identify and resolve or improve any inefficiencies or issues with the current business processes.

Ensures appropriate staffing and budget and allocation of all resources so that all I.T. initiatives and work products can be accomplished. Ensures adherence to policy for subordinate staff within I.T.

Required:
At least 6-8 years of Functional expertise in ERP SAP.
At least 3-5 years of supervisorial/management experience.
Process implementation and optimization.
