  • Ensure products are produced and shipped on time to meet customer demand.
  • Responsible for sufficient maintenance capability, within budget for operating department repairs and improvements.
  • Manages facility budget / cost, volume and quality.
  • Vessel planning and unloading.
  • Ensures Environmental, Health and Safety performance and compliance.
  • Manages equipment and process reliability.
  • Manages production, maintenance and engineering coordination.
  • Manages special project assignments.
  • Manages the capital budget and portfolio management.
  • Facilitates interactions between organizations.
  • Manages and directs the strategic engineering initiatives.
  • Establishes and ensures achievement of all unit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensures adherence to standard work processes.
  • Ensures compliance with corporate standards and adherence to company policies.
  • Facilitates employee performance management activities.
  • Manages employee and labor relations matters in conjunction with Area Human Resources, as appropriate.
  • Ensures systems and processes are in place to maintain smooth operations during employee absences and staffing changes.
  • Fosters culture that values diversity and promotes respect, inclusion, cooperation and responsibility.
