The Global Paid Search and Social Lead is responsible for developing and executing integrated search and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across digital channels. By fostering collaboration between paid search and social media specialists, this role ensures alignment between paid search campaigns and paid social media initiatives, maximizing overall campaign effectiveness and ROI..

Responsibilities:

  • Developing search strategies: Lead the development of global search strategies, aligned with overall digital marketing objectives. Implement advanced search methodologies and technologies to enhance search capabilities.

  • Optimizing paid search campaigns: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to improve ROI and achieve performance goals. Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid optimization to maximize results.

  • SEO efforts: Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure alignment between paid and organic search strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for improving organic search rankings and website visibility.

  • Executing paid social media strategies: Develop and execute paid social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Utilize audience targeting, ad creative optimization, and budget management to achieve campaign objectives.

  • Performance analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyze search and social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to drive continuous optimization.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or similar

  • 8+ years of managing marketing programs or processes

  • 3+ years experience working in (or with) a media agency

  • Technical proficiency in paid search and social platform algorithms, creative optimization levers and broader understanding of industry trends. (e.g. Google Ad Manager, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Demandbase)

  • Experience implementing a full funnel testing strategy focused on improving conversion throughout the buyer journey

  • Experience using attribution modeling

  • Able to travel 10% annually

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience coaching, mentoring, and leading a team

    Key Competencies:

  • Depth of experience in creation and strategic implementation of multi-touch/ multi-phase campaigns in support of technically-advanced products & solutions

  • Ability to think strategically and guide fellow stakeholders, based on Marketing expertise

  • Strong tactical marketing skills & creative vision

  • An outcome-focused approach to marketing and demand generation

  • Strong communication skills to relay campaign plans and results to internal and external audiences

  • Strategically minded individual adept at considering and incorporating regional nuances

  • Understanding of demand processes and best practices for demand creation and acceleration including, but not limited to, understanding of contact and data management, lead management, revenue performance management

  • Expertise in campaign creation, creative direction and/or agency coordination

  • Program Management

  • Digital marketing expertise; firm understanding of testing strategies and execution of all digital assets

Salary: USD 104400.00 - USD 156600.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
