Prominence Advisors is actively seeking Collibra Architect and Developer Consultants. You'll have the opportunity to help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges through your ability to drive strategic process improvement, manage complex projects, and solve difficult problems. At Prominence, you'll become part of a disruptive force in the Healthcare IT space, changing your clients' expectations for the better. Your clients will value you as a true advisor, filling a strategic need. You'll use honesty and candor to consistently provide straight-forward truths and conversations with clients.

This role includes but is not limited to designing and developing the Collibra operating model for Prominence’s customers. Expectations include:

• Provide technical leadership and development for IT and business personnel, including expertise and guidance on AI Governance

• Work closely with key stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, develop and present recommended solutions to customers

• Develop technical specifications, processes, and documentation to produce required data deliverables

• Lead development of updates to system operating model and application UI

• Assess the viability of implementing out-of-box Collibra features for customer usage, including functionality like Report Certification and Data Marketplace

• Make recommendations for and develop workflows based on customer use cases

• Assess and provide recommendations on creating a data quality framework

• Collaborate with other business teams to define data elements and key metrics for integration and reporting and to establish effective process and system controls

• Provide production support through troubleshooting and resolving system issues

Requirements

• Practical Collibra experience, leading customers through scoping, implementation and optimization (Ranger certification not required)

• Collibra operating model development and customization experience

• Data Governance experience

• Healthcare experience
