Key Duties: Facilitate and manage multiple medium- to large-scale projects simultaneously and across business functions within the region, across regions (as needed), and with limited direction. Ensure utilization of project management methods and tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects. Manage and direct project efforts from initiation to deployment, providing leadership to teams to achieve cost and value creation targets, manage risk and issues, and deliver results on schedule and of quality. Conduct stakeholder management, change management, and cross-functional communications. Leverage best practices and techniques to identify, quantify, and track the realization of expected benefits. Contribute to overall goals and objectives for Region Americas, and the Regional Project Management organization. Support project requirements for goods and services as needed via Statements of Work and specifications. Support other projects and execute other duties as assigned. Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent work experience Required Knowledge/Skills: Extensive experience in managing functional and technical projects of varied scale and complexity Strong facilitation and issue resolution skills, with proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and collaborate across multiple functions and locations Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills, including ability to deliver presentations to senior management Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands Intermediate level of proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel and other project management software and tools. Experience in ERP or other system/technical implementations.
