We are hiring a Systems Integration Manager to deliver the overall functionality of an entire turnkey system while providing technical support for various project teams, including Project Management, QA/QC, RAMS, and Cybersecurity.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Plans and implements systems engineering processes for a green-field high-speed rail project.

  • Ownership of systems engineering activities – overall system architecture, system requirements, evaluation of operational scenarios, and system interfaces.

  • Technical leadership in the project – customer-facing role, interaction with regulators and authorities, guides members of all involved engineering teams, and acts as a single point of entry for all technical questions, external and internal.

  • Evaluation of subsystem technologies and contractual compliances with technical requirements

  • Reviews engineering designs and coordinates lines of action.

  • Technical support of the manufacturing and commissioning engineers regarding analysis of technical solutions and answering technical inquiries.

  • Technical support for on-site activities such as testing, commissioning, and operation.

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience in an engineering field from an ABET-accredited institution.

  • Significant experience working on railway and large interdisciplinary infrastructure projects.

  • Expertise in systems architectures, engineering, requirements management, V&V, and systems assurance processes.

  • Sound knowledge of project execution processes and tools, including planning, scheduling, and estimating.

  • Working experience in planning and management of direct reports.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with and work with others.

This career is based in Las Vegas, NV. We offer a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees, including PTO, 401k match, and tuition reimbursement. The base salary range for this position in Las Vegas, NV, is $128,700 - $174,200, and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
