Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop a high performing team of administrative staff to meet customers’ expectations for timely and accurate time keeping and all additional invoiceable transactions.

• Oversee job cost accuracy against customer cost tracking system

• Obtain billing instructions and expectations (ie. Customer cost tracking system)

• Verify project rates during project set up phase

• Maintain and improve data entry process to improve progress and final invoice accuracy and timing

• Maintain internal cost tracking reports

What you bring to Sulzer:

• Minimum five (5) years accounting/Oil & Gas T&M billing experience

• Knowledge of D365 and/or Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) is a plus

• Proficient with latest versions of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word

• Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work effectively
