DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Administration of Azure Active Directory / Office 365 Tenant including Microsoft Entra group and user management, licensing, and security configurations.
  • Administration of Exchange Online / Teams Online including user management and troubleshooting.
  • Utilization and management of Microsoft Intune for software and hardware management, including patching, updates, and security response.
  • Responds to incidents and customer inquiries for assistance with positive interaction; handles troubleshooting and coordination of additional resources to resolve issues as quickly as possible; documents changes and resolution steps.
  • Works closely with other NTD system administrators to provide escalation support for advanced troubleshooting; will participate in on-call rotation.
  • Installs/troubleshoots client hardware/software, including Windows, Linux, Mac environments, and supports video conferencing infrastructure.
  • Provides network support, including IDF line connections, line tracing, port configuration, and switch management.
  • Responds to internal security reporting - known A/V issues, malware remediation, hardware quarantine, etc.
  • Collaborates with other Nintendo organizations to fully resolve cross-group issues and escalations.
  • Inventory management / updates for deployed hardware, includes following established procedures for ordering hardware and equipment as needed from vendors.
