We are seeking a talented and experiencedSolution Architectspecializing in ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business outcomes.

This position offers the flexibility to work from various locations.

The selected candidate will be esponsible for the Servicenow solution and platform (“owns the solution”) and responsible for the architecture and roadmap of that solution in addition to managing the solution development including required resourcing for the solution area.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Resourcing and roadmapping in own solution area

• Manage solution, data governance model

• User story (CR) prioritization

• Solution specification

• Work order management

• Project related architecture

• Maintains the solution documentation

• Support ALM team.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Ownership of solution architecture for Servicenow

• Develops and manages solution related procedures and conceptual documentation according to

• IM guidelines and information security policy

• Supports development initiatives from business and corporate together with solution experts,

• service manager, 3rd party vendors and Enterprise Architects

• Actively collaborates with key stakeholders in the different business functions

• Translating business needs into working system solutions

• Ensures solution development according to agreed roadmaps and business priorities are met with

• quality and on-time-delivery of deliverables

• Servicenow Release management together with solution experts

• Coaching of Servicenow solution experts and coordinators.
