Description:

As part of a digital transformation, our client a multinational banking and financial services institution is seeking and experienced PowerApps Developer to join their risk technology group. This person will work closely with the enterprise risk department to build out solutions for data sourcing, analytics, and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Application development in accordance with best practices.

• Administration of environments.

• Troubleshoot production issues and assist with production support.

• Analyze business requirements and create design specifications for new applications and enhancements.

• Test, debug, and refine application code based on specified requirements.

• Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.

• Provide feedback to team management to ensure development/project deadlines are met.

• Participate in knowledge sharing with other developers on the Power Platform.

• This will include development of canvas and model driven apps with numerous data sources such as SharePoint Online, Oracle, SQL Server, and others.  

Qualifications 

• 3-5 years of application development experience using the SharePoint and Power Platform

• Develop application using Microsoft development technologies, Visual Studio, .NET, C#, SharePoint API and Active Directory

• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Platform – PowerApps, PowerBI , Power Automate. Able to work on Azure PaaS apps

• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery and Rest API

• Should have a good understanding and knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, ReactJS, TypeScript Bootstrap etc.

• Power Apps Canvas and Model driven apps

• Power Automate

• Power BI

• SharePoint Online

• Dataverse and Microsoft Dynamics

• DAX, Javascript, C#, and Typescript

• Connectors

• Application security

• Data governance

• Application monitoring 

• Experience working with waterfall or agile methodologies

• Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience
