Citigroup IT Business Lead Analyst in Jersey City, New Jersey

Citibank, N.A. seeks an IT Business Lead Analyst for its Jersey City, NJ location.

Duties: Participate in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand project objectives, business needs, and data requirements. Analyze requirements, create prototypes and working examples in Excel, create detailed functional specification documents and obtain approval from stakeholders. Create a detailed project plan and track the progress of projects through completion. Provide regular updates and escalate risks and issues to stakeholders. Coordinate with development team and work with them to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements. Coordinate deployment of changes in various environments and test changes delivered by development team to verify adherence to business requirements. Provide assistance during user acceptance testing and work with deployment team to ensure successful production implementation on completion of testing. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policy.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation in the financial services industry. Five (5) years of experience must include: Working in a liquidity domain and ensuring adherence to Federal Reserve Board (FRB) regulatory reporting guidelines; Writing Business Requirements and Functional Requirements and performing technical analysis associated with screening and workflow systems; Coordinating with stakeholders and development teams for end-to-end execution, implementation, and delivery of complex projects and solutions; Performing System Integration Testing (SIT) and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex projects; Working with complex source data and data relationships and utilizing same for reporting enrichments; Performing data analysis utilizing SQL based tools; Performing system analysis, design and architecture fundamentals, Unit Testing and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities; and Utilizing Jira for requirements and test case management. 40 hrs./wk.
