Description:

Global plastic solutions provider that designs and manufacturers components and systems for the automotive industries

-Interior/exterior car body trim, air vents, engine covers, etc.

-Ford, Cummins, John Deere, Mercury Marine

Operators:

-Placing plastic into machines

-Taking finished product and assembling any necessary hardware on to them (hand assembly)

-Inspecting finished product

-Packaging product and labeling

-Filling out paperwork and documenting work throughout the day

-Moving around to different departments when needed

Company Selling Points:

• Global company: 30+ total plants, 7 plants in the States

• $2 premium for off shift

• Annual increase: 3-5%
