WESCO Coordinator - Tax in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia

As a Tax Coordinator you will review exemption certificates submitted by the branches and assists the branches with remediation of tax certificates deemed invalid. Additional duties include but are not limited to preparing taxing jurisdictional annual reports, business licenses and assists in the monthly sales/use tax return processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents required for Tax filing/Audit.

  • Perform checks on purchase and sales invoices.

  • Perform checks on withholding tax certificates.

  • Printing of Invoice & Fraktur Pajak

  • Mail out Withholding Tax Slips to customers.

  • Assist in monthly WHT and VAT review and filing.

  • Handle administrative tasks.

  • Filing and any other ad-hoc request

Requirements

  • Diploma / bachelor’s degree in accountancy or taxation or related required

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience working in Tax or Accounting role.

  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

  • Good knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

  • Strong office and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and etc.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with operational team.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding timelines.

  • Detailed mind / Attentive to details.

  • Versatile team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
